Enjoy this quality resort townhome that features two primary bedroom suites with a King size bed in each and a large guest suite with 2-Queen size beds that will help to accommodate your entire party. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower; two include soaking tubs. The villa features luxurious appointments, such as solid mahogany doors and trim, bronze-finished hardware, cherry cabinets, and granite and marble countertops. The gourmet kitchen includes a Sub Zero refrigerator and quality Wolf appliances.

The vaulted great room includes indoor dining for 6, bar seating for 6, and plenty of couch and club chair seating for lounging after a long day at the beach or golf. The home has zoned air conditioning for fine-tuning your cooling needs, including a separate zone for the upstairs primary suite. The great room and all suites include TVs for private viewing.

The spacious upper lanai allows distant ocean views, an outdoor kitchen with stainless BBQ, cherry cabinetry, a refrigerator, a prep sink, a large seating area, and a dining area for eight guests. Other amenities include a full-size laundry room with a Kohler laundry sink and Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer. A built-in office area and printer are great for printing last-minute boarding passes, and a desk area for work-related activities. Enjoy a double-car garage where you will find the included beach chairs and bodyboards for your beach outings and plenty of room for parking.

The nearby Villages amenity center includes a well-equipped gym, free form pool and jetted spa and full kitchen for poolside entertaining with 6-burner gas grill.

All guests have exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club with our electronic pass card. Located in Makaiwa Bay, it provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani. The nearby Shops at Mauna Lani include Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Boutique and several other dining opportunities, art galleries, gift shops, and Foodland Farms grocery store which features a deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and fully stocked wine and cheese departments.
